Sara Levine is a veterinarian, science educator, and award-winning picture book author of over a dozen books. Her titles, which include A Peek at Beaks, Hello Dog/Hello Human, and A Terrible Place for a Nest have received the AAAS/Subaru Prize for Excellence in Science Books, Animal Behavior Society Award, and Mathical Book Prize.
